Overview

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and has no forms or accounts. It does not store anything on your device. The only personal information concerned is technical data handled by our website host and font provider, and whatever you choose to send us if you get in touch.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you request a page, Netlify’s servers automatically record access logs. These logs include your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and basic browser details. We do not use these logs to identify or track you.

Netlify retains these logs for less than 30 days. We rely on our legitimate interests in delivering the website reliably and keeping it secure.

Netlify is based in the United States, so this data may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Netlify provides safeguards for these transfers under its data processing terms. See Netlify’s privacy policy and GDPR statement for further details.

Fonts

The text on this website uses fonts supplied by Adobe Fonts, a service of Adobe Inc. To display them, your browser requests the fonts from Adobe’s servers, which receive your IP address in order to deliver them.

Adobe states that it does not store your IP address and does not set cookies when serving fonts to websites. It records technical details about which fonts are served, which it uses for billing and licensing, not for identifying visitors. We rely on our legitimate interests in presenting the website consistently. See Adobe’s privacy information for Adobe Fonts.

Enquiries

If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share. This could be your name, email address or phone number, your address, and details of the work you require. We use it only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and carry out any work you book.

We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries. If you go on to book work, we use your details to take steps towards, and then perform, our contract with you.

Our email service is provided by Google (Gmail), so emails you send us are stored on Google’s servers, which may be outside the United Kingdom. See Google’s privacy policy for additional information. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
